H058S SECRA hard hat is designed to protect against head injuries caused by falling objects, and at the same times provides protection against electric shock preventing touch current from flowing through the head; protection against electric arc and splashes.

Intended use:

H058S SECRA hard hat is designed to protect against head injuries caused by falling objects, and at the same times provides protection against electric shock preventing touch current from flowing through the head; protection against electric arc and molten metal splashes. Especially recommended for use, as a personal protective equipment when working on live systems, for work at height and for cable switching. Before use, hard hat must be adjusted accordingly.

The user should adjust hard hat to his/her head, adjust the wear height and the length of chin strap. The adjustment to head size is possible in 2mm increments from 53cm to 63cm. The hard hat also has a three-point height adjustment.

Storage and transport:

The hard hat should be stored and transported in a separate transport bag or a container. The hard hat should not be squeezed. Place away from heat sources. Protect against mechanical damage and against sunlight (UV). Do not place the hard hat directly near room windows or car windshields. The recommended storage temperature is (20 ± 15)ºC. Hard hat service life is 60 months from the date of production.

Cleaning:

Clean the product only with water and soap. Dry thoroughly after washing. Do not use solvents and detergents for cleaning. Replace used sweat cloth with new ones.

Description and design of hard hat face shield:

Face shield visor has the outer coating resistant to scratching and protecting the surface from being damaged by fine particles, and the inner coating to prevent fogging. Face shield design protects the wearer against electric arc, impact of particles of medium energy, drops and splashes of liquids and against molten metal and hot solids. Face shield also has a filter that protects against UV radiation. The face shield is available in two versions:

– with W1 visor (transparent), optical class 2;

– with W2 visor (dimmed), optical class 2.

After putting on the hard hat and adjusting it on your head, hold the peak and gently pull the face shield down to lower it.

Face shield should be placed away from heat sources. Protect against mechanical damage, squeezing and sunlight. Do not place near room windows or car windshields. The recommended storage temperature is (20 ± 15)ºC. Face shield service life is 60 months from the date of production.

Clean the product only with water and soap. Dry thoroughly after washing. Use the microfibre cloth, which comes with every hard hat, to clean the visor surface. ATTENTION! Certain aggressive chemicals may damage the face shield. Do not use solvents and detergents for cleaning
